October 1, 2007 –  DAR-Tech completed the remanufacturing of a 44" table Gray VTL including overhaul of all mechanics and retrofit of a Fanuc 18i control and drive system.

August 1, 2007 –  DAR-Tech completed twelve months of on-site warranty service for robot integrator OEM in Monterrey, Mexico servicing weld robots and laser cutting equipment.

July 15, 2007 –  DAR-Tech completed way surface refurbishment on a Toyoda grinder at Toyota Motors requiring spray welding, scraping and surface grinding.

April 1, 2007 –  DAR-Tech completed mechanical rebuild of a 1954 Collet Englehart VTL.

October 1, 2006 –  DAR-Tech completed on site consulting to leading gun manufacturer accomplishing a significant upgrade in customer's maintenance organization. A comprehensive PM program and quarterly ball bar assessments increased up time to world class.

March 1, 2006 –  DAR-Tech completed mechanical remanufacture of five Mazak H400 HMCs.

January 1, 2006 –  DAR-Tech began providing senior machinery repair staff on site at a major hand gun manufacturer in the U.S.

December 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech completes replacement of an obsolete relay control maze with a new Allen Bradley Control Logix PLC and Panelview control station on a multiple stage transfer line for machining engine blocks.

October 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech began providing senior machinery repair staff on site at a major earth moving equipment manufacturer in Torreon, Mexico.

September 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech completes a mechanical remanufacture of a Mazak H400 horizontal milling center for Smith & Wesson.  Machine was rebuilt to like new condition to OEM specifications. 

August 15, 2005 –  DAR-Tech completes a mechanical rebuild of all axes and reconditioning of way surfaces on a Gray VTL.

July 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech became a key supplier for a major US corporation for machine tool control retrofits specializing in AB Logix, AB Panelview operator stations, Fanuc controls, and Indramat controls.

June 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech completed a retrofit of a Ingersol crank grinder using Indramat MTCNC200 controls, drives and motors for a major US corporation.  Machine down time was less than four calendar days. 

June 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech began providing senior machinery repair staff on site in a U.S. fabrication facility using Mazak Laser systems.

May 1, 2005 – DAR-Tech becomes an approved supplier for precision mechanics including laser alignments and calibration and mechanical rebuilds for Toyota.

May 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech completed a retrofit of a Gray VTL using MDSI OpenCNC. 

April 1, 2005 –  Senior electrical and mechanical machine tool repairmen were added full time to support large US corporation facilities in Torreon, Mexico.

January 1, 2005 –  DAR-Tech completed a retrofit of a Heller, twin spindle, ten axis, pin mill using Indramat MTCNC200 controls, drives and motors for a major US corporation.

September 1, 2004 – DAR-Tech staff completes technical consulting assisting a major US corporation in transfer of manufacturing operations to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.

April 1, 2004 – DAR-Tech completes remanufacture and 16i-MB Fanuc control retrofit for a Giddings & Lewis Model G60F Machining Center - now fully operational in Monterrey, Mexico.

April 1, 2003 – DAR-Tech completes remanufacture and 16i-MA Fanuc control retrofit for a Giddings & Lewis Model H70 Machining Center – now fully operational in Monterrey, Mexico.

January 1, 2003 – DAR-Tech completes start-up of DAR TECH DE MEXICO S.A.de C.V. with offices in Monterrey, Mexico to improve service to Mexican customers.

August 1, 2002 – DAR-Tech becomes a distributor for Agilent Technologies precision alignment and measurement lasers.

August 1, 2002 – DAR-Tech becomes a Preferred OMAT/OPTIMIL Installer for retrofitting feed rate control to machining centers.
