Onsite Service and PM Programs/Contracts

Onsite total maintenance and PM (preventive maintenance) service programs: Includes: Supplemental staffing, Complete documentation and reporting, ball bar, setup and align, master pallet comparison, accuracy, squares, spindle setup, draw bar test, clean control panels, clean boards, silver migration tests, wiper replacement, seal replacement, bearing replacement, backlash (test / adjustment / compensation), fan test or replacement, filter and screen replacement, general cleaning, general lubrication.

Onsite total maintenance services: We provide full-time employees onsite for extended time periods of one year or more. These employees are supported by the DAR-Tech technical staff. They can receive daily direction for the customer maintenance management or DAR-Tech can provide a site manager. DAR-Tech site manager's roles are defined by the contractual agreement. DAR-Tech employees will design and perform PMs and corrective maintenance and will use the customer's information system. Major machine rebuilds and control retrofits will generally be done by special project agreement by DAR-Tech field services. We do not do facility maintenance or storeroom management services at this time. Call us to discuss a program designed just for you.
